BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Opening seating in the bar area and very spacious. Overall very clean, and the burgers we had were great. Lunch staff was a little bit slow with service and attentiveness but not enough to dissuade us from watching sports. Lots of beer, and a very large menu. Happy hour specials are awesome too. The design of the bar is really aesthetically pleasing.

Really disappointed in this restaurant tonight. Asked to be outside and told it would be 20 minutes. There were less than 1/2 of the tables with people. Finally sat and waited for 20 minutes without any contact from anyone. Finally asked a waiter if he could help us and he did, even though he was not in his area. Thank you, Mason, for that. Food was not up to norm. Quinoa bowl was overly dry. Thank goodness the beer was good.

The front-end service was bad. I hate to say it, but I have to.

The hostess admittedly forgot to page us after giving us an unnecessary wait and we were seated without menus or silverware. The waiter was unreasonably slow to the table, which he immediately had to leave again because we didn't even have a drink menu. There were some long waits between service at the table, especially waiting for our check.

The restaurant was not very busy and there was clearly plenty of open seating when we arrived. Nobody else was waiting to be seated in the lobby. Either they were understaffed or just lazy.

The food and the beer are the only reason why I'm giving three stars. The kitchen and the brewery saved this particular establishment from getting only 1 or 2 stars.

Me and my Girlfriend visit here on Saturday. And what a great time we had. The manager was the most wonderful cheerful sweet person I every seen in a long time. Wow I will be back. It was clean great Atmosphere.
The food was great.
