Baja Fresh Mexican Grill

Went for dinner, got the taquitos meal. It came with rice & beans. The beans are really tasty & the taquitos were perfectly crunchy. The rice is rice. We always get the mango salsa which is a good balance between sweet & salty. The husband got the Enchilada Rojas. He said it was okay but the sauce was bland. We also each got a small bag of chips, which were mostly fragments. We like Baja Fresh in general. So we will be back.

Baja Fresh was fantastic! It's been a long time coming, but worth the wait!
I went in for take-out. The food is cooked to order so it tasted very good.
I chose a taco platter with one fish and one shrimp taco. The shrimps were a good size and they provided a generous proportion of them on my taco. Very good! My fish taco also had a good sized hunk of fish on it.
My husband got a seasonal offering - the enchilada platter.
I added a chicken taco soup as an appetizer. I'm not sure if that was also a seasonal offering, but it had a decent amount of chicken in the soup and came with little nacho strips to top it with. It was very tasty.

Oh, and the piece de resistance at Baja Fresh - the salsa bar!!! My husband loved the mango salsa and I thoroughly enjoyed the salsa Verde. It was a fresh salsa - which gives it a vibrant green color. Nice!!!

Glad its back. This used to be the place to eat. I just love the freshness. The employees are very kind. Clean facility. It's a lot better than rubios and you have to try out all their salsa. Very interesting and flavorful.

When we found out that there was a Baja Fresh back in the Chandler area, we jumped at the chance to get some food! The food definitely didn't disappoint and the lady at the register was very helpful and clean. She made sure orders were filled correctly, all while keeping the place clean and in working order. We've already been here twice within the last week and I'm sure we will continue to be returning customers. Thank you Baja Fresh ????

Sorry Los Favoritos.....but you have to take a second place to Baja Fresh. Love the taste....the Baja Chicken burrito was tasty....the pager is a smart idea..... especially for those of us that prefer to be outside with the beautiful weather. Thank you for having outdoor seating with umbrellas..... it's too bad that the southerly winter sun means the upright umbrellas offer little shade at the table. So my solution is to bring my own 3 foot umbrella ;)
Keep up the good work guys. I'm going there tomorrow with a friend.
Oh ya....a nice touch with the complementary chips. The salsa bar is top notch. Medium red salsa is my favorite. Friendly counter folks, too.
