Chop Chandler

We had a great dinner. We found the wine list to be solid and very well priced. The short rib was wonderful. The steaks ordered at our table came out as requested and tasted great. We enjoyed a wonderful meal and never felt rushed.

Amazing food but very long service times. My fiancee and I were there for 2 hours over an appetizer and entree! The food was well worth the wait though

Never disappointed. I love the chic but casual atmosphere. The food is always worth waiting for. A favorite spot in the EV for the wife and myself.

Went to Chop Chandler to celebrate with family for birthdays the wait staff (Alexa) was amazing. She had a difficult table to handle and she did so with ease. My wife and I got the ribeye with Mac and cheese for our side. The beef was cooked to perfection and the Mac and cheese was to die for. The rest of the party had steak and chicken and it all looked great. Whenever I'm in need of steak I'm coming back here.

The level of service and management at Chop is amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, on top of their game, etc. Huge shout out to Matthew and manager Bernie who made our first experience top notch. Both were very welcoming and friendly. Every restaurant needs a “Matthew” and “Bernie.”

The food was delicious as well. We started with the bang bang shrimp, which was on point. My wife got the pork chop which she absolutely loved. I ordered the short rib which was so tender and delicious.

Cocktails were very good. The manager found out I enjoy whiskey/bourbon and suggested a pour on the rocks with a brand I have never had. I was impressed as I have had many whiskey’s.

Finally, the ambience and setting was really nice. I loved the seating and style of the restaurant and the set up of the bar was awesome. We were really impressed with pretty much every aspect of Chop and will definitely be back soon.
