    Our first visit to the Copper Kettle was a wonderful experience. First criteria: naan.(if the naan is good, the rest of the food will be, too.) And the naan at the Copper Kettle was outstanding. Our entrees were both perfectly seasoned, and the mango lassi was delicious and the perfect complement to the dishes. We will be back frequently to try ALL of the other dishes on the menu. The service was gracious and prompt; the ambiance was quite nice. The Copper Kettle compares very favorably with many of the Indian restaurants in the east valley.
