I purchased my grill over the phone. I knew what I wanted and Matt was great!! It was a 'special order', it arrived in less time than expected, and they honored a price match.

Pick up was a different story. The box was on a pallet and I was told that it had to stay on the pallet, which was ridiculous. After we worked through that issue, I was given several other 'problems' with the loading, including the weight. 'My gosh, what will you do when you get home, customer.....because it's SO BIG'! But, mostly it appeared it was a huge inconvenience to them and I was interrupting their day, or whatever. One of the guys wouldn't even speak to me. Anyway, it finally got loaded. Whew.

Got home and told her how these big men were having such an issue, and then she and I went out and put it in the garage all by ourselves. The end.

George is the sales person we worked with. He was very knowledgeable and very comfortable to work with. He suggested that they deliver and install the grill, that was great choice.

Jay, delivered our new grill, took out the old one and spent time reviewing the grill as well as cleaning and cooking instruction. We are very pleased with the entire experience and service.

Barbeques Galore has a wide selection of pre-built and custom islands to satisfy all of your backyard entertaining needs. However, they did not have most of the stuff I was looking for. Upon entry a nice greetings at the door.

Walked into this place it was dead but it seemed like they had a good selection of BBQ's ranging from the good to high end grills (high end meaning chef grill). The prices are a slight bit high but you get what you pay for. The people that work here were fantastically helpful and knowledgeable.

Definitely check this place out if you're in the market for a grill. You can get your questions answered and there's no hassle to buy.
