Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Great ustomer service and excellent food.

I usually eat Charley's subs about once a month or so (maybe a little less) and today was probably the best customer service I've ever had. Food was delicious, service was quick, and location was clean.

Serenity was amazing! It was my first time ordering from here—I didn’t tell her, but she treated me as if so. She was so helpful with the flavors of the wings, by naming them off, and was also very patient! Her personality was just overall vibrant, outgoing, and with a sweet smile on her face.

My first time was definitely a pleasant experience! After ordering, she also offered to buy my almost-2-year-old son an ice cream cone 🍦☺️ Very generous of you! He was very happy to say the least haha

The male working with her (I didn’t get his name) was outstanding, also. He also had great customer service, with a smile on his face at all times. Anytime customers approached, he would greet them with, “Hi! We’ll be with you all shortly!” That’s extremely rare to see that these days. So way to go young man!

Really great food, and good average prices for what you are getting. the california chicken steak is soo good! Im very particular about the meat i eat ( usually only some chicken and turkey) and they akways make it very thin just how i like. The ice cream cones are super good as well. I also love that they have "Chewable ice" which i crave since i am pregnant. The employees are always good and friendly. The only thing to improve on is getting the food a little quicker and getting helped from the counter quicker. Other then that i am glad to have a Charleys in my local Walmart!
