    Friendly staff, Laurie and Ken, thanks for the conversation. Great taste flavoring of the caramel macchiato smoothie. I would like more of the coffee taste though and milk options. The caramel stood out but not the coffee.

    If you want to get on the right nutrition plan you need to go see Ken. After 3.5 weeks following with he told me to eat I lost 27 lbs. 5% body fat and gained 3.5% muscle. This guy knows what he is doing.????

    This place is the best!! The friendly people and positive energy is contagious! It makes you excited to get healthy, excited to get active, and excited to push yourself. Plus these are hands down the best tasting protein shakes and energy tea in the valley.
