Fu Belly

I have been a fan of Vietnamese restaurants for years, and I am beyond impressed with Fu Belly. I even went back twice in one week with my best friend. The pho broth is amazing, as well as the spring rolls and fried rice. The business is also family owned and the service is exceptional. Definitely will call this a regular spot! I encourage anyone who is looking for amazing Vietnamese food, as well as a clean restaurant with great service to try Fu Belly!

Decent little spot. Fries were adequate, but nothing too special. The parmesan noodles were definitely different/interesting, though I’m not sure I’d recommend them (a bit dry/bland). Updating the decor to match their fun signage would be helpful.

This was a decent priced, quick lunch. The customer service was excellent. The bathrooms were clean, and the food was pretty good. The pho with brisket was good; the brisket was a bit thick for me. Crab Rangoon was good; it was well seasoned and fit the dipping sauce amazingly. The tofu spring rolls were my favorite, nice and light for lunch.

Such high quality, fresh ingredients. The vermicelli and dumplings were to die for. The chicken was seasoned and grilled to perfection and you have to try the house chili oil. Some of the best vermicelli I’ve had in the valley. Great family owned business.
