Hot Bamboo

This was our first visit as we have heard good things about Hot Bamboo. We drove all the way from Peoria and we were not disappointed! We got the steamed buns! I have to say OMG!! We ate one on the way home and it was out of this world yummilious! If you haven't tried this place, put it on your to do list! Very friendly service,clean & by far the best food! We will return very soon!????????

The place was super cute! The staff greeted us at front and they were super nice. We ended up getting afternoon special (bun, dumplings, salad, and a drink for $10) I got the ground pork bun. The dumplings and bun was tasty. The salad had a nice peanut dressing that went well as a side. ALSO! They had reusable straws and boba straws too!! I thought that was pretty cool.

THE BEST FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I have been a fan of Hot Bamboo and would go to festivals/shows just to get their bao!! Now they have a home location I recommend for everyone to check out. The staff is so kind and efficient even when they are busy. The owner and their team are all hard workers who make sure their customer service is a 10/10 along with their amazing menu! Hot Bamboo is definitely a spot you need to try out and you will fall in love.

Surprisingly a small little restaurant with wonderfully made bao. I also entirely loved the bubble waffle ice cream cone. The staff was very friendly and kind, all of this before the grand opening even happened. A very enjoyable experience, though I already know that this place will be busy constantly once it's had it's grand opening.

AMAZING! Worth the wait in line or for a table. The chorizo steamed bun is the perfect fusion of Asian and Mexican. Can't wait for the grand opening with full menu. This place is a must for foodies!
