Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I usually really like RR but on this visit my burger was really overcooked. I asked for pink but I got well done. They did take it back and cooked it right the 2nd time.

Red Robin's food is always amazing. However, while we were at this location, it wasn't the greatest experience. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since it was a Friday night, but there were a few things going on. Obviously there was a wait to be seated, which isn't an issue. Once we got seated, the waiter got our drinks and gave us time to figure out what we wanted. After we ordered, it quite a while to get our food. After we finally got it, my order was wrong with 2 things. I ordered a BBQ bacon cheeseburger with garlic fries. They brought me regular fries instead, so I had to have them bring me the correct fries. There was also no bacon on my bacon cheeseburger, so they took it back to correct it. Not terrible, as I am pretty patient with food, but let's get it right the first time ????

Love the pizza.. had the very veggie.. super fresh ingredients and yummy crust. Hamburger, fried dill pickles, fish and chips, plus corn doggies for the rest of the table. Manager, waiters, staff, kitchen.. all on point!! Definitely come back to this location!!

Godd food, excellent service. Prices just a tad high for this type of place but generally well worth it
Especially if you take advantage of the bottomless fries. My kids love love the Mac and cheese and that they get refills. I had the Impossible Burger. It wasn't quite as good as when I had it cooked on a BBQ grill but it didn't disappoint either. Our server Britt was a good guy.
