This is my favorite places to go too whenever I'm in downtown Gilbert. I've tried most of the stuff on the menu and loved it all!! My favorite dish is the Flat iron steak with the chimichurri sauce and the roasted garlic mashed potatoes. The desserts are fantastic and made in house. They even give you a free dessert on your birthday. It's a great place to bring your family and friends with something on the menu for everyone.
While exploring downtown old Gilbert, liberty Market was our random lunch place choice.
We had two of their panini sandwiches and their Ruben, all three were excellent and huge, we each took half a sandwich home. Yes, they were still delicious the next day. The coffee was excellent.
The room appears to be a converted grocery market, we were in for a late lunch, the place was busy but not crowded, the staff were very friendly and the service was fast.
All in all a very nice place, which deserves a revisit to explore more of the menu.
The food was delicious. Healthy options and lots of good flavor. The breakfasts are to die for. The dinner menu was varied with lots of interesting salads, soups, sandwiches, and entrees from fish or chicken to veggie burgers. The atmosphere is bosonic and modern art the same time. Outdoor dining is also available. The fatal flaw is there ordering process. You have to stand in line to order and there is only one register with one gal getting drink cups, lemons, answering questions about the menu, taking the order and making change. Ridiculously long wait. They need to streamline something there. The gender neutral bathrooms are also a plus.
Decent restaurant and shows its popularity with the long line ups. The host seems to be friendlier to families instead of individuals in my case. After lining up for 30 minutes, the host finally asks if I needed a number whereas everyone before and after me on the line has been asked that. And it turns out, if I sit at the bar, I can skip the line up. They can probably work on the service levels a bit there.
The burger was good though! The produce served with the burger was fresh. The lettuce was falling apart as it as diced. And mine was served with chips.
I'll consider coming back with friends, but will try the numerous other options on the street if by myself.
Really good food. All of it was fresh. My only problem is that my glass for water was dirty but they quickly fixed that. The place was very cool. There was a outside patio that was clean. I got a scone that was really fresh and soft it was so delicious.I highly recommend this restaurant.
