Rancho de Tia Rosa

The finest Mexican cuisine you'll find anywhere in the county. I enjoyed salmon stuffed enchiladas with salad fixings on the plate along with the best Spanish rice ever. We dined outside and the service was excellent. We're returning soon with our friends.

First time stopped in for a quick bite. Grabbed an ice tea and tortilla soup. It was good but had almost no cheese in it. I asked for a bit more and was charged $1.10 for a ramikan that I needed less than half of other than that service was quick and efficient. Salsa and chips were very nice the mild red had a really nice flavor...I was investigating the menu for a future trip and it looks good but prices are on the high side.

I'm not a big fan. I would should give it less stars but it was a really slow lunch day and the service was great. I wasn't very hungry so I ordered the shrimp taco from the lunch menu. The taco was tasty although not as good as I've had in the past but the beans and rice were not so great. It's priced pretty high for a Mexican restaurant-that's another reason for the low stars. I probably won't go there again unless I'm meeting a friend that wants to eat there.
