Pomo Pizzeria Gilbert

We started out going to a different restaurant and realized we had already eaten there. So we found Pomo, one we had not tried before. Really quaint with a nice small and simple menu. Everything is made fresh not store bought preservative filled foods. I don't have a hang up about foods with preservatives but it was a nice change to have food that was fresh. The wait staff is really friendly and knowledgable. Food was received fast. Highly recommend.

Perfect for date night! The vibe is great and we got seated almost right away on a Saturday night. I ordered their famous pasta (can’t remember the name) and it was delicious. The boyfriend ordered the pizza and he liked it too. Drinks were a little pricey but still good.

First time I have been there. Food was delicious. Got busy soon after we ordered. Service was good. Lived watching them cook in the brick oven!

This place has very good pizza. I couldn't pronounce most of what was on the menu, but then again, I'm not very cultured either. Lol. They had a good wine selection. The wait staff was friendly and attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Kinda open close quarters seating on the inside but outside seating seemed to be more accommodating. Pretty noisy atmosphere during busy hours, but that's to be expected. Not a place you would probably want to bring kids to, but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great pizza!

We had risotto croquettes to start and they were great, crispy outside and creamy inside. The sauce accompaniment was good as well. Main course gnocchi and a pasta with sausage and a tomato cream sauce, both were excellent. Guests surrounding us all had pizza which looked good. Only took off a star because the booth seating was a little cramped, felt as if we were part of the guests adjacent to us
