El Pollo Loco

This is an awesome El Pollo Loco. The cook Elle always gives me the chicken the way I like it. Everyone is super friendly.

I don't care for there food. Most people do though. My family really likes it.

I ordered online and when I arrived I was greeted and asked if I had an online order. All the employees made eye contact with me, greeted me and asked if I needed anything else. This might sound simple or silly but going through any fast food establishment it is nice to have attentive staff who take pride in welcoming business. The store manager was at the register and the shift was assembling meals. They have a great atmosphere going with a freshly stocked & clean salsa bar as well as fast, hot food. My favorite El Pollo Loco location is well worth the visit.

Food and service was great. They need to maintain the restrooms more often though. I always have a feeling if a restaurant has a dirty bathroom and the customer sees it, what must the kitchen be like. They do have a nice area where you can get salsa that is well maintained and clean. The restaurant is clean and the tables are never dirty.
