Cafe’ de Bangkok - Gilbert, AZ

Ordered the Papaya Salad, Appetizer Combo, and Green Curry, it was all really good! We had a medium spice level and it was nicely spicy! I like this restaurant much better than the previous restaurant in this location. Highly recommend!

As long time Mint Thai fans, we've ordered 3 or 4 times since they switched ownership and usually get the same things and each time we've been disappointed. The staff and owner are always friendly, but the food just doesn't taste as good as it used to and it has not been consistent. They changed the Rama recipe and it just isn't the same. Last time we ordered it the sauce was very runny (typically thick). Our pad see ew tonight had an odd flavor, like too much of some spice. The portions (Rama especially) are smaller than they used to be. We feel we've given them a fair shot, but will now be branching out to try other Thai places.

I eat the food here quite often and have tried many different dishes. All of it is exceptional and very tasty. Pad Thai is A+ and the chicken wings are crispy and delicious. The soups are also packed with flavor and very delicious. Food tastes fresh and you can tell that the cooks take pride in their work. The service and staff are also very friendly. Minte has been my waitress several times and she's the best. A++

We were sad when Mint Thai was taken over by Cafe de Bangkok. However, after trying their food, we were thrilled. The flavors are so strong and the food just amazing and fresh. Thankfully, we still have our go to Thai place for dinner. We actually enjoy the food even more!! Also, the new owners, Amy and Tom, checked on us several times making sure that all is well and that we were enjoying the food!

The Red Curry with chicken was excellent! Thai hot was the perfect spice level. Wonderful staff with new owner/chef.
