    Read the blog section after browsing the delicious menu items. The August 3 blog GIVE US CLEAN//GIVE US BEAUTY shares some eye opening insights about how what we eat affects our skin as much as the chemicals in the lotions, potions and creams we use daily. Glad this information is available to help redirect our nutritional focus and goals beyond just our eating habits. Self care extends beyond our fork, and goes deep into the powder rooms, and vanity mirrors and the products commonly used on our skin. Selecting healthy foods in combination with picking cosmetic products that aren't harmful is a wise move we should all be making. What goes ON your body is equally important as what goes IN your body. Excellent article.
