Roll EM Up Taquitos

I have no idea how long this place has been here but I’m happy to have found it! We just got home and I was compelled to write a review. I cannot believe it wasn’t busier and I was 1000% impressed by the young employees with such great attitudes and personality with a true commitment to great service! You just don’t see that very often and I really hope they are recognized- especially the kid working the counter! He knew the menu, made excellent recommendations. Our food was FABULOUS! Not stingy wit the toppings and the corn- mmmm reminded me of back in CA when we’d get these from locals on bikes!

Let me just say if you have not tried them yet… go now! I’ll preface this by saying I am a wimp when it comes to spice!
I chose flour tortillas with a ground beef, shredded beef, and ground beef with all sauces in mild. I also got chips and salsa and a churro donut! If I had to rank the 3 proteins by favorite it would be a he chicken, shredded beef, and then ground beef, but they were all great and so filling! These are made fresh when ordered and are not your tiny boxed taquitos! They are filled with a healthy portion of meat! The cops and salsa are better than most restaurants in the area and the churro donut… well it wakes me want to forget about my dessert 1 time a week rule lol!! I can’t wait to try other menus items like the street corn!

I would highly recommend! If you are local to the area please let’s help them build a name here in Gilbert and give them a try! You will not be disappointed!!

The food is delicious!!! If you like spice make sure to get the Lit sauce instead of their regular sauce. I got the shredded beef taquitos and was impressed by the generous amount of meat in each one. Even the chips and salsa were amazing. The churros donut is the perfect sweet treat to help with the spice. For a fast casual place we were really impressed with the quality of ALL the food.

The restaurant is big with plenty of seating and it was really clean. The staff were friendly and the food came out fast. Overall we had a great experience and will be coming back!

Celebrated their Grand Opening as one od the first couple in line! Korbin the manager was so kind and the staff worked quickly to take orders and serve food. We were able to sample the churro donuts and enjoyed 1 of each of the flavored rolled tacos. My favorite was the ground beef- yum! Stubborn sodas featured here as well. Will definitely be back for my rolled taco fix as they are open until 10 or 12 at night! Congrats on your grand opening!

I ordered the 5 pack of shredded beef. I got half flour and half corn tortillas. I preferred the corn tortilla. Just rolled tacos with sauce, no lettuce or tomatoes. Taste was really good. Nice and crispy! However, Overpriced for sure. I would eat here again.
