Amazing customer service I had my daughter's 1st Birthday party there and the host EJ definitely made the day memorable. The adults enjoyed themselves as much as the kids did, it just made the kids come out in us all. Thank you Chuck E Cheese

The pizza was the best of any of the "fun pizza places" I've been. Games were entertaining and operational. The service here was poor. My wife had to interrupt a conversation between two employees after standing in front of them for a few minutes just to get service. I saw very few smiles and overheard a worker say he was not going to put on the costume for the birthday party because he didn't want to. They are lucky I was not the one who had paid for the party.

I have edited my prior review from a 1-star to a 4-star.

Based on this review, I was contacted by the manager and asked to give them another shot, to which I took him up on that offer.

I will say that they have made a dramatic improvement from the last time I was there that elicited a 1-star review. It's a lot brighter, cheerier, the staff who was there was a lot friendlier, and the food (which wasn't one of my prior complaints) seemed to be better too.

My kids of a wide range of ages (4, 12, and 18) all seemed to enjoy themselves, with both the food and games.

They're by no means great, but the improvements made in the past few months is quite dramatic.
