Good service They forget my side sauce I paid for but refunded when I returned the next week.

When we want a quick fix, we go to Taco Bell & get the 10 pk of taco's & 2 or 3 bean & cheese burritos. Fast, quick service, reasonably priced

Had the best experience tonight pertaining to customer service. I thought I had a 15%off coupon from the app but when I pulled up to pay I realized it was for app or online orders only. I spent alot today and had $5 to my name and my order came out to $5.51 and the coupon was irrelevant at this point so I told the gentleman helping me to subtract an item from my order and he out of nowhere was like "I got it"... I was surprised because no one's ever done that for me anywhere so it made me feel like there's hope in humanity after all. Most importantly it made an impact on my boys ages 8 and 11 because they immediately spoke about how kind that man was and It was the kind of behavior or characteristic id want my kids to have. Awesome job man I forgot to get his name but the gentleman with long hair @66th ave and Camelback location. Thank you for the help I will pay it forward.

Taco Bell is a convenient place to stop but I do wish that they would remember to fill my order completely. Just remember to check your order before you drive away.
