This franchise has great pizza. They really know how to make good pizza that is so cheesy, hot and crispy that I am getting hungry just writing this review. They have a organized crew that work so well together. It is amazing to just watch. There are other Little Caesars around us but we always come here. Why change if this place rocks. To the staff at Little Caesars Pizza, Thank You for making the best pizza in north Phoenix.
They are always ready with our pizza on time. We like to order online and use the pizza portal to pick it up. It's so easy and skips the long lines that sometimes form in the evenings. Out pizza has always been hot and exactly what we ordered.
It was 17 min before closing time. A young gentleman asked what would I like to order. I told him I would like to have the all bestest pepperoni. He told me I'm sorry we don't do anymore specials at this time. I asked if there was a stop time on just that one or it's others. I was a bit confused because, he was trying to explain why but really wasn't sure. Another person witch I believe seems be a manager. Well at the end my order was placed and I waited. They apologized . I can understand that it's almost closing time. I feel that employees must know how to deal with questions. Overall the gentleman was nice and politely apologize for any inconvenience. I left with a smile knowing that this will help him be a stronger employee for "Little Caesars "
Little Caesars has stepped up their game in taste and options. I'm a big fan of their 3 meat feast and their thin crust pepperoni. However...I am regularly disappointed in the time it takes to get both custom orders and their "hot and ready" (not normally ready in my experience).
Their new pizza portal is a fun way to pick up your online order but don't count on the estimated time...my pizza today was estimated to take 20 minutes but ended up taking between 50 and an hour. Nice improvements, but for a business that is supposed to be quick and affordable, they miss on half the point.
