Carolina’s Mexican Food

To be honest, this was my first visit to this location. Employees did not appear to be organized or manageable order. Customers were complaining of a long wait for their food, tables weren't cleaned but restaurant was not particularly crowded or too busy. I will plan on a return visit just to be on the fair side. This location is a little closer for me and I have always enjoyed all the other Carolina's restaurants

Carolina's is delicious! The food is always superb. Possibly the best tortillas in town. Every time I eat here the food has been consistently excellent. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas and salsas are all great. Carolina's is not cheap, but it's not expensive either. The quality and portions of the food at Carolina's makes this restaurant a great value. This is walk up dinning, but they do bring the food to your table. The service has always been exceptional. The staff are friendly, helpful and the food comes out fast. This is a new Carolina's. I believe it was just renovated, so the restaurant feels new, clean and has a modern touch. Lots of big windows that bring in a lot of natural light. There is a small patio with some tables and chairs, if you prefer to sit outside. If you like Mexican food, I highly recommend visiting this place. You will not be disappointed.

This place is hot and miss, but if you know what to order then you’ll be set. The ‘Zarape’ or flautas is one of the best, great flavor wrapped up in a delicate flaky fried tortilla! When I bit into it, I was caught off guard by how delicate it was! The three way is always good and so is their salsa. Also a favorite mine is the green chili, it’s almost as good as commodore Guadalajara.
