The food was amazing. The crust, toppings and flavors were very tasty and delicious. In addition the sweet, caring and profesional waitress Krystal made our experience much better. Excellent customer service skills that gave me the impression that she knows what she is doing. I will be back with my kids so they enjoy the food and the service.
Krystal you deserved the five star rating.

I had a great overall experience at this local pizza spot. I live in the area and decided to grab a pizza lunch for myself and some chicken wings for the family and I was not disappointed. I went with the Nice to Meat You pizza and was impressed at the flavor of the crust and the quantity/quality of the meat toppings. My kids loved the BBQ wings I brought home for them. I also had to take advantage of their happy hour where I got a premium beer for $1.99. My waitress was extremely sweet and attentive and the owner Kristin even checked in to make sure everything was ok. If you're in the neighborhood and looking for a good option, I strongly recommend Papi's.
UPDATE OCT 2022: 5 stars changed to 3. The food is still good, but the service has been horrendous on our last few visits. Incompetent server, long waits, incomplete orders, wrong timing of food delivery, no silverware, table orders not taken in the order they arrived, etc. It's a shame - the food is good, but we probably won't be going back.
SEPT 2022: So as a Graziano's fan, I was suprised of the change and didn't want to like it. However, I stuck around, ordered, and ate. I was pleasantly surprised. No familiar faces. Reduced menu. New decor. But, the food and service was solid. We had the antipasto salad, wings, and pizza - all great. Most of the menu remains. They have changed the meatballs and the red sauce. The service was good but they have a few minor kinks to work out. Nothing major for only being open a month. The owner came and checked on us a couple times. We will return.
Honestly, I was hesitant when it got bought out. But pizza is a lot better in my opinion! The pizza is a lot crispier, and has more flavor to it. Prices has changed. But not much. Would recommend giving Papi’s a try.
