Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Popeyes, a nationally franchised restaurant, has been a familiar stop for me, and I’ve got mixed feelings. The staff is consistently friendly, which is a plus. However, the downside is that they often run out of items, which can be frustrating.

The food, when available, maintains that unmistakable Popeyes flavor that we all know and love. The ambiance, while not upscale, offers a cozy, no-frills dining experience.

So, it’s a bit of a hit and miss. Three stars for the tasty bites and friendly faces, but they could work on their stock management. 🍗🌟🌟🌟

I started off in the drive-through but after my order I was told it was going to be a 15 minute wait so I ended up coming into the restaurant for my order. This Popeyes Louisiana kitchen is really busy I think the employees do a great job for having to deal with all the customers they deal with. I was really surprised by the way the staff greeted me they were very kind and sympathetic for me having to wait for my order and personally I think that's some great employees. I will definitely come back to this Popeyes Louisiana kitchen just because of the customer service I received.

What do you expect when eating in a place like this? For me it’s just the basics. Clean place, which it kind of was, and I say kind of because some tables had little food pieces = tables not being clean by the employees, but everything else looked fine. Clean oil when frying the chicken (you can taste old or bad oil when eating something fried), this one tasted ok. Greasy chicken and fries were serve, overall the food tasted good, they gave enough hot sauce and dipping sauces. Everything was well cooked, the chicken was crispy and so were the fries.

Was out of all desserts, strawberry cheesecake, apple pie, or berry. Out of thighs and legs! Ordered 2 family meals with only breasts and wings. Additional had to wait an extra 15min for original chicken because they ran out. Servers didn't ask if we wanted any sauces or honey. My Husband complained that spicy chicken was not spicy. But chicken was good and crispy 😋
