tonight i went in here needing help and Mag was the perfect person to help me. he went above and beyond and recommended everything i needed and gave me excellent customer service the entire time. super thankful and will be recommending this smoke shop and Mag specifically! he’s the best!

One of the cheapest, best, most conveniently located smoke shops on on the west side. Mag is super helpful and friendly and always willing to go out of his way to make sure the customer is happy with the purchase. I actually have found this smoke shop to have some of the cheapest products in comparison to other stores, sell the exact same product, but for like 50% mark-up-h which is ridiculous. Mag never up-charges for stuff like that and that's why I will keep coming back here... great place, even greater customer service! Thanks Mag!!!

I love coming to this place. Great customer service, always greeted with a smile, prices beat the competition, and Magdy has even ordered a product for me that they didn't carry. I refer a lot of people to this smoke shop and they all tell me they have a great experience as well. They also have a rewards program where I receive free product. I'll definitely be back.
