    Jimmy John's is usually always great I would have gave them five stars but they got my order wrong this time

    The manager at this location who answered my call at 8:30 pm on 11/15/18, needs to be recognized for the exceptional customer service she provided to a problem created and not rectified properly on a different day. It’s a pleasure dealing with someone with such a positive attitude and willingness to help. I hope there is some recognition that she can be given because this employee deserves it. Thank you!
