Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Good chain burger joint. Service is generally good. Never bad, but sometimes average and other times great. The food is good, what you would expect at any Red Robin anywhere.

They are good about offering fries before the meal. It's really nice, since they don't have bread or chips. We are always hungry by the time we sit and having something to snack on as we wait is really thoughtful. An appetizer is usually more than we want or need, but some fries really hit the spot.

The manager is almost always around. Checking on things and even filling drinks etc when the server is busy. It's nice that he helps out like that. Sometimes it feels a bit rude to grab the server for a drink when they seem to be overwhelmed. Having that second person helps keep my drink full which keeps me happy.

Natalie the manager at the Goodyear location was outstanding!!!!!!! I had placed an order online and didn’t realize I placed it at the wrong location. Long story shirt She told me to come on in and she would call the other location and she would make sure I get my order. I figured it would take awhile since I was about 5 minutes from her location. It wasn’t. I waited maybe 7 minutes they gave me a drink while I waited, so nice!!! This is amazing service. It was completely my mistake and she didn’t hesitate to help me. You can tell this is the type of person she is. Thank you Natalie you made my day.

The burgers, sweet potato fries and broccoli we’re all very good. April, our server did an awesome job! She had at least four or five other tables that she was waiting on I’m still doing this wonderful service.

Took my mother in the afternoon. The waiter was knowledgeable and attentive with a good sense of humor. We decided to go off the grid and ordered the cod and fries. It was delicious! Good size portions and fresh and hot from the kitchen. Just goes to show, Red Robin has it going on!

Stopped for a quick lunch on Sat afternoon. Waitress was spot on with everything we asked. Later we found out she had been away and it was her 1st day back to work. Excellent service.

We ordered 2 sandwiches which were perfectly cooked and very delicious! We have ordered their sweet potatoes fries in place of their bottomless steak fries. Unfortunately the fries were over-cooked but they seasoned them very lightly per our request.

We had a wonderful meal while we sat in the middle section of the restaurant. I never thought I'd like sitting in this area, but, I was quite surprised that the noise level was significantly reduced and traffic through this area was minimal.
