Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Have been twice never had something we didn't like. Big family so we have tried different foods. Great burgers, great fries, great custard. Overall great experience. Now however; drive thru needs work. Forgot half our order and no matter how many times we repeated what they forgot they asked at least 4 times "what did you order". Still not an issue for us not to come back. Just went inside this time!

First I just want to say the food here is actually good and I did like it but I'll explain why I only gave it 3 stars. The 3 stars is because every time I've stopped in, its been a mystery. I walk in and I'm not sure if they're open or closed. The door is unlocked and lights are on but it literally takes minutes for someone to come out from the back before being greeted and have my order taken. Also the cleanliness of the restaurant itself needs improvement.

I love their French fries but you have to get use to the burgers. The meat is different for me since I am from Texas and use to ground meat on my burgers. Good tasting meat but just different texture.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. From the moment you walk in till the second you leave the customer service is phenomenal! And the food is even better. ????

Although my meal took longer to be served than it should have I was impressed by the professionalism of the Manager Brandon. I pick quality over quantity so, I dont mind waiting a little while for freshly cooked food but Brandon took it upon himself to give me two free meal coupons for my wait. I thought that was very generous of him. The rest of the staff was extremely friendly and my food hit the spot!
