Starbucks

This location is amazing! I was able to find a spot to attend my class online. I was able to order my drink and food within a perfect amount of time for my break. Service was amazing!!! Greeted with kindness from everyone on the floor. :) The store was super clean. You could see everyone on the floor working on some type of project. If I remember correctly, I think the barista that helped me was Jasmin she was patient even though I wasn't sure what I wanted. Even when I would see people leave they always told them they would see you soon and thanked them for visiting.Thank you Starbucks for being so welcoming.

Grace took our order, she was efficient, very cheerful and easy to understand. She also has a great smile ! Morgan, the shift supervisor, was positively responsive to a question about my Starbucks app. And the peach tea was delicious ! Thanks team for a good experience!!

I normally love Starbucks, but I believe the afternoon/evening staff needs more training. The last couple of times I've been in the evening, the drinks have been terrible. So bad, that I had to take it back the next day on 2 occasions to get it remade. The last time I went in, we weren't greeted or even acknowledged until one girl came to the counter after waiting at least 3 min to say someone will be with us shortly. I just ordered from the mobile app, while inside, because we were tired of waiting. Mind you, I have only had problems in the afternoon/evening. The morning staff is amazing!
