Papa Paul's Brick Oven Pizza & Pasta

I'm from Chicago and very picky when it comes to pizza, but this wood fired pizza was perfect! Just enough toppings and the flavor was superb! The crust was thin and toasty, no black burnt soot like I've had at other places. Papa Paul's nailed it! The atmosphere is very relaxing and our server was a real sweetheart! We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful Experience. Nice menu of salads, pizza, sandwich options. The layout offers indoor and outdoor seating, or lots of bar seating. Salad was fresh and loaded with veggies. Nice wine selection too! Chambray gets 5 gold stars for her excellent service. We will definitely go back.

Really great food!! We had the Brooklyn pizza and the strawberry bacon salad. The pizza had a crispy crust and great toppings, the sauce reminded me more like pasta sauce but it had a lot of flavor. The salad was very fresh and flavorful as well.

Good food.... mostly pizza of course. The salads are good, especially the spinach with blue cheese and strawberries. It was fresh and I liked it. The beer was also good and they had some different options which I appreciated. It was busy so the service was not great, just ok. I am doubtful we will go back.

Papa Paul's is fantastic. The pizza is superb. I've dined there many times and it's been consistently excellent each time. The ambiance is a modern industrial fun environment to enjoy dinner, socialize and just have fun. Come check it out. You'll really enjoy it!
