Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Been to this location numerous times. I come back for the taste of the food, not the service. The environment is dirty, tables aren't cleaned and the floors have food and drink all over. Bottomless fries? Yeah right, if you want a second basket it'll take 10-15 minutes. Always have to ask the waiter/waitress to have my drinks refilled. Meh.

Burgers are good however takes long time for them to be prepared. Lemonade here is not that good. Its either minute-maid cheap cheap or this prickly pear lemonade that is just purple syrup with that minute maid. Decor inside is cute. They used to have a tv in the floor not anymore. Childhood ruined.

Manny was our server and was so pleasant. He was busy, but made sure all his tables were taken care of. Food was good. The whiskey river wrap and sweet potato frys are my favorite.

The food was great. We had a waiter that took our drink order, then brought my wife's chardonnay but forgot my beer and said it was coming. 20mi . later I was on my way to the bar to get my beer when a waitress asked me if I got my beer yet. I said I didn't and she said I'll take care of it. She brought it right over. And later got my wife another chardonnay. The waiter came back about a half hour later. The waitress took care of us..and it wasn't her booth.
I like Red Robin but thank God for the waitress...because we probably would have left if it weren't for her. The waiter needs more training or termination.
