    Really good, pretty cheap. I got the green chicken enchiladas, really really good flavor. Lunch rush wasn't until 12:20 or so, so getting there at 12:15 we walked right up to the register and got a seat easy

    I've been going to Carolina's since there first started on East Mojave Rd across from Food City. The consistency has always been excellent, as is every menu item. I can't go to Rocky Point without starting with a Oaxaca burro, nor do I eat any other chorizo but theirs. Can't go wrong. Expect to have a wait.

    Busy place for a lunch, was pretty quick. Good Mexican food, not amazing but good. Rice and beans had a good flavor. My chimichanga was super good, sour cream and guacamole was on the side and not inside the burrito. About $11 plate that's served in a takeout box and not plated. Overall great choice, for a quick place for Mexican food to go, on this side of town.
