Consistently great service and delicious food served fast. Love the Apple Korn! Atmosphere is festive. Strudel has real vanilla sauce.

Visited twice in two nights cuz we needed to get our sauerkraut fix. The meatball was the size of a baseball, tender and juicy. The sides were great. Red cabbage, sauerkraut, potato salad and potato dumpling all good. Live accordion added to the ambience. The festive, family atmosphere, including a long table in the center of the room, with shared dining by strangers is like a Midwest church potluck atmosphere. You have to understand the gemütlichkeit to embrace it. Will come back again.

We were laying over before a flight the next day. This restaurant came up on Google. We love German food and had to go. What an amazing find. Everything was as good as anything we have had in Germany. Very friendly and complete with an accordion player. It was a Tuesday evening and the place was full with people waiting outside. Take the time and fine this place, you won't be disappointed.

The food is amazing here! Everything is worth a try. If you're into meeting new people, make sure you ask for the big table in the middle of the dining area. Overall, it's a wonderful and fun experience.

Who would have thought you could get quality German food in a strip mall in Mesa, Arizona, but Zur Kate surpassed all expectations. Our food was cooked to perfection, and the atmosphere made us feel we were back in Germany. The prices were very reasonable also. Would come back again and again if we didn’t live in Michigan! You have to try this place!
