Black Angus Steakhouse

The food and atmosphere are so amazing! Our server was I believe named Samantha and she was an absolute doll! She worked hard at helping us pick out the perfect wine. I’m not a big wine drinker and she spent so much time and patience suggesting wine and bringing tasters until we landed on the perfect moscato. She was super attentive to our needs and always approached us with a smile. I think they might have been short staffed because Samantha was also running the bar along with our table and a few other tables. Even when it appeared to me that everyone needed something at once, she still has a smile and professional attitude! She truly made us feel like family! I would absolutely recommend not only this restaurant but this server as well.

This was the best meal I have had here in Phoenix! The food was exceptional. Our waiter Dalton was also the very best! He deserves every cent of our tip. Give him a raise too! Thanks for a very, very nice dining experience!

Went for lunch and choose food from the special lunch menu, which is all priced at 9.99 each. Our party of 4 were very happy with the meal. I had shrimp and the others had salmon and a burger. The salmon was fresh and the shrimp was very tasty. The service was perfect. Our waiter was courteous and everything was so clean. A really pleasant lunch. Highly recommend.

We really had a good time and great meal at Black Angus. We were with a lot of friends celebrating a birthday. There was over 20 in our party sitting at 3 different tables but all in the same area. The waitress was great. She stayed on top of all our needs. The food was awesome. There's nothing we can complain about. Looking forward to our next visit. I just hope everyone in our group left her the proper tip and then some. If you go, enjoy. We all did.

Food is good, mid grade for a steakhouse, cooked as described. It's a good atmosphere with high top booths, perfect for a couple or small group that wants a more private experience. Decor and restaurant is well taken care of, but a bit dated. It's our traditional restaurant for our anniversary, perfect because it's consistently a good time. Staff does seem to push things a little fast, we are there to relax and not rush dinner, but it does often feel rushed to turn over tables or leave for the shift. All in all, a solid experience, you won't be wowed, but it's consistently the same quality and atmosphere, which makes it the perfect choice for many occasions.
