Chipotle Mexican Grill

I eat here often and have had consistently fair service. There have been times that "meat" ends up in my Sofritas bowl..???? and there are times that the store is out of chips or some other item for my meal, so I have to wait. DESPITE all of this, I still prefer this Chipotle restaurant to others in the area. There just needs to be a bit more awareness by the staff during rush times to have food ready and better care when scooping the food as to not cross contaminate.

Chipotle was very good, as usual. My kids are picky eaters, and the crew was willing and able to accommodate their request for plain rice( it normally has some seasoning in it). They partnered with my kid's school on a fundraiser

I love Chipoltle. No matter what location I go to even state to state the food is always fresh and great quality and the service is always fast and friendly.

*updated - I called just to let them know so that the employees can be more aware because I knew there wasn't anything they could do now. I had already left. But the person I talked to was very nice and offered a free meal.*

Ordered on the app so I could just pick it up. Apparently the ticket didn't print so it wasn't ready. I had to wait and they kept by passing my order so others could get theirs. They also forgot the meat on 2 of my orders. Not impressed at all.

The best place ever. I showed up 2 minutes before close and the food was fresh, hot, and still being cooked. The staff was friendly,happy, and professional. They helped me with open arms, smiled and laughed. I was so pleased from beginning to end.
