Chili's Grill & Bar

Normally places with the 2 for $25 special I have a issue with things. This one , was different . You get a appetizer to share, to meals , and a dessert. By far the best special. The onion blossom was great. Fajita chicken was great. The chicken bacon ranch quesdilla was good. Then the cheese cake for dessert was great. No complaints. Service could of been better but, what a great price.

This Chili's was good but a little slow with service and cleaning tables. Staff was very pleasant and gave us an extra drink because it took long for refills. Over it's a good place to eat if your not in a hurry.

My boyfriend and I went to this establishment on a Friday night. We were surprised as we had no wait.
We were seated at a booth in the bar.
Our server greeted us within 2 minutes which is huge. She was very friendly and on point.
We ordered from the 2 for 25 menu.
I was disappointed when the order came out to see that my boyfriends steak was done well, when we both had ordered M. He didnt want to say anything but when our server returned to see if our steaks were prepared as requested, all I had to do was look at her then at his steak. No words spoken.
Next thing you know we have manager, Brendan at our table to let us know, he was informed about the steak.
Not only did he take care of his meal, he took the time to talk with us and make sure we were satisfied.
Upon our departure, he presented us with 2 $5 gift cards for our next visit.
KUDOS to Brendan and the server (I wish I could remember her name, s she was awesome, as well).
That in my book was perfect protocol on how to please a customer and KNOW that they will be a repeat customer.
Hats off to you both!

This Chili's is usually one of our favorites to go to, we shared a table with a nice couple in the bar area cause the booths were a little small for 3 of us. Our server asked what we'd like, I asked if the Sam Adams on draft was Cold Snap? The answer we got was "I don't know, I don't drink beer" you can see where this conversation went. It took me asking her if she find out. She never said let me check or I'll find that out for you. She stood there. As a server you should know all beers on draft! The food was great, server is the reason I'm giving a 3. Good service is #1.

Chili's is always a solid choice. This location is close to the freeway and the mall so easy to get to. Wait times are usually pretty short. The food is very good, as you would expect. Would definitely recommend for a good meal at any time.
