Firehouse Subs

Normally this place is a 4-5 star place.

This time not so much, because of the NEW Five-Cheese Mac and cheese. It was like an off brand instant Mac and cheese. All you could taste was the liquid White cheddar flavor. There was not cheese in the Mac. The bread crumbs was added after they heated up the Mac and cheese . Texture was bad.

With Firehouse subs being on the upper end of price they failed on this one.

Service was great and their Italin sub was awesome .

Disappointed in the NEW item.

We ordered from Grubhub and they forgot our brownie which was the first thing written on the ticket, and they didnt add the bacon to my sandwich. My chips weren’t the ones I ordered. If they were out they should’ve called me and asked which ones I wanted. Sandwiches were good though! They just need to double check the orders and make sure everything is there.

This was the first time I've been to firehouse subs and I was quite impressed. The restaurant itself was very clean and tidy and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and definitely a step up from subway. It does cost quite a bit more but I felt the food quality made it worth it for the most part. However the wait time was the disappointing part.
