    Excellent food at a good price. The lunch combinations are the best I've had in Arizona. Highly recommended!

    This place was utterly amazing. It sent me back to Japan were I lived for many years. This meal was so great and I almost cried at how amazing it was. And owner felt like they could be my grandparents. They were inviting and very hard working I can't wait to go again. If your a Japanese transplant looking for a taste of home this is the place to go. 10/10.

    This place is amazing! REAL Japanese food made by REAL Japanese people! The customer service is amazing also! I have eaten here for over 6 years and have never been disappointed. These prices are super cheap for such good food! When I first came here I was super surprised how cheap and good the food was! They even do big groups if you reserve in advance. The food comes out super quick! They’ve been open since 1983 and you feel very welcome here! BEST Japanese restaurant in Arizona! I definitely recommend Toh Zan to many people who are looking for cheap and amazing tasting food! Here is a picture of the kids meal and the Nagaoki Don! Enjoy!

    We've come here many times before and always love the food! The prices are cheap and the food is awesome! The customer service is amazing and they are will always give you their full attention.

    Big portions for a good price, and the food was delicious. I got a curry meal and it was just what I was craving. The service is fast and friendly. I really enjoyed my meal there. I appreciate that I can get Japanese food here that isn't just sushi or ramen. Sometimes it's nice just to have some comforting rice bowl or curry
