Went for lunch on a Sunday and were seated immediately. The food preparation was entertaining and the food was delicious! It was a bit pricey but well worth it.

Ah-So is the place to go for delicious food and amazing service. The people that work here treat you like family whether it's your first visit or if you've become a continuous patron. They accommodate you and your party for any occasion and make you feel right at home in their establishment. Whether you have a group of two or ten, you want to have the exquisite experience that is Ah-So in Gilbert. Contributing to the awesome atmosphere is Jay, one of the most interesting, fun-loving, knowledgeable, and welcoming individuals you'll ever meet, followed closely by the accommodating hostesses and wait staff, in addition to the seasoned chefs who prepare fresh, amazing meals in a fun and exciting way right in front of you, like Jon and many others. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and unique, did I mention the delectable dishes and personable staff!? Treat yourself to a wonderful experience and try this amazing establishment. Great traditional Japanese and Korean food. Lunch specials are perfect portions and reasonably priced. The sushi is great amd the staff is poilte and always making you laugh. This is a great spot for the family, or simply just a quick.lunch or a full dinner for a couple, or group of friends.

Overall good experience here as a first time customer. They accommodated a large group well on short notice. The wait staff was quick to respond and the food as well prepared by an entertaining teppanyaki chef. The price point is a little high but will return for round 2. Oh and the sushi is amazing.
