Firehouse Subs

Everyone is always friendly! Usually I place my order online and pick it up, it's always ready to go without me having to wait. :)

I ordered an Italian sub without any veggies. When it arrived it appeared someone had sliced it with a knife that had a glaze on it. I thought it was probably because there was a rush just before we got there. However, there was also some kind of sweet glaze spread inside the sandwich. That glaze was very contrary to the Italian meat so even though I tried to eat it, I couldn't. My husband talked to the person at the counter who just said he was sorry. I believe they should have given credit for the poorly made sandwich. I will avoid this place in favor of Jersey Mike's it Jimmy John's. Too bad.

I would have given 5 stars except it seems that if you order something extra for example pickles, they neglect to add it to your order. They charge you for it though.

Every time I go here the dining area is messy. The tables and floor need to be cleaned. The staff is friendly, but they really need to work on cleaning. The food is good but I've chosen to eat elsewhere lately because of the lack of maintaining the dining room. Management really needs to pop in periodically during busy and not busy times to assess and address.
