In-N-Out Burger

The location is right off the freeway (loop 202) so it's easy to find. There was someone standing by the ordering speaker/mic taking orders which may have slowed them up a bit that day. Other than that everything else was great. Staff was friendly, food was good, and my order was correct. It was also a very clean location.

We love In-N-Out! The food is always right on and the staff are extremely friendly. Bonus it's a new restaurant location for them and they're doing fabulous! This last visit we went through the drive thru on a Saturday evening around 5. Mind you when I pulled in and saw the line I was thinking anywhere from 20-30 minutes sitting in the car waiting for our food. Not at all! In less than 10 minutes-more like 5-we were set. What I didn't see pulling in was the guy they had physically standing outside with an order pad going down the line of cars and taking orders so we didn't have to wait to get to the speaker to order. It was great. He took our order, we paid at the first window (don't forget the stickers for the kids), and the second window had our food. No hassle and no frustration waiting in line. Awesome!

Always impressed by the ability of In-N-Out to put out a quality product as quickly as possible even when they're jammed packed. This franchise was a little above average in my opinion. The crew was super friendly and even though some were in training they had great answers to those in our party who hadn't been to a In-N-Out before. Convinced everyone to go Animal Style on their burgers and fries. Watched the drive thru crew actively working the line of cars, very efficient. Great location, very clean inside and out.

Painfully slow.

Great burgers, great fries. The most simple of menus. Single, double, Single with cheese, double with cheese. 1 size of French Fries. 3 flavors of malts. So you would think it would be the fastest fast food around...living up to its "in-N-out" moniker. BUT NAY. My last trip, which was around 2:30 pm, I arrived 3rd behind the first car which was at the pick up window. I waited no less that 20 minutes.

That is not fast food.

Edit: Just went again... line was longer, much longer but I was out of the drive through in under 20 minutes. So, I gave them another star, and I'll give them back their 5th star if all goes well the next time too.

As always I am never disappointed at In and out Burger super friendly employees! Hardly any wait time on the food by the time I had gone to the restroom to wash up my food was about to be ready. Wonderful wonderful food and I could never get enough it seems :-) the restrooms could have been a tad bit cleaner but I did come in at a very busy moment during their rush so I assumed that it was probably difficult for them to get to it right away. Usually the bathrooms are very clean and orderly. Everyone was friendly! Really really loved it :-)
