Beaver Choice

Had an interesting experience here, as the place was a bit understaffed when I visited. They are definitely trying their hardest, though! I was impressed with how the food was of great quality even in such conditions! Their pierogies are exquisite and the Beaver Supreme (pictured here) is unlike any other dessert I ever had. Definitely worth the wait!

We arrived just as they opened 11:30 and one of the first to arrive. Service was relaxed, the owner was our server, she was very helpful. The food was very good and everyone in our party enjoyed their food. Check the menu on line, not your average fare.

I have NEVER had better cabbage rolls. Literally melted in my mouth. Same with the Swedish meatballs. I’m going to beg her to move to Prescott. Amazing food. A little pricey but she does everything homemade so I don’t mind paying a little extra for that kind of quality. Not a place to go to if you’re in a rush but we’ll wort the wait.

Great food. Service a bit slow but not so bad that I don't want to go back. The food was really good. Will definitely go back and have more. Schnitzel Coerdone Blue was amazing. Great desserts, too!

Amazing selection of high quality modern European foods and beer! The beer here is amazing, ask the owner what her favorite is. It's so unique. As a frequent beer drinker I've probably had over 200 different brews, and nothing is like the unique polish beer here. Food is to die for, highly recommend the elk stew.
