The play place was wonderful. It was clean, kept cool and not overcrowded. Which was a plus!!
But my first interaction was the lady who took out order. Her name tag said STEPH. Absolutely no smile, rude, and impatient. No thank you, how are you, how can I help you.... nothing. She walked by numerous times and I would smile and she would just give dirty looks. She has no business interacting with customers.
The plain clothes security guy was the only one who was friendly. He was helpful and courteous.
The food was good though.

First one I have been at where the self ordering kiosk are actually working. Service was prompt and friendly. Bathroom paper towels are empty by noon, trash can full and air blower barely better than if I blew on my hands myself... Would be nice if they improved on that.

I give a 4+ star rating because "nobody's perfect" & "there's always room for improvement".
The employees were courteous, prompt & professional.
The restaurant was very clean w/ a comfortable noise volume too. :-)

Remodeled place looks great. Could be negative about the Riff Raff that comes in and out of the place, but it is to be expected due to the location. So it's a given. I just remain observant of my surroundings.

While I don't frequent them it's a wonderful option. I use the drive thru and shop from the value menu. I find the staff very helpful and the food fresh. They have decent deals. The kids menu is awesome. They have wheelchair accessible parking and entrances. Easy to see from the road. Easy to enter and exit.
