Chili's Grill & Bar

No chips and salsa. The point of me going to Chili's for a steak is to get the chips and salsa as an appetizer. Sure would have been nice to get some chips and salsa, everyone else did.

I sat at the bar, which is never a good idea. Bartenders are much better at pouring drinks than they are at serving food. I should have sat in a booth in the dining room.

After spending $25 on a sirloin, fries, water and a tip, you'd think my meal would have qualified for the chips and salsa. Everyone else at the bar had chips and salsa, some got seconds. I got none. I won't be back.

The steak was unevenly cooked. I ordered medium rare. Half of it was rare, very red. The other half was well done. Not sure what happened in the kitchen, but you could tell by looking at the exterior of the steak that it was cooked unevenly. Again, not going back to this location, if any Chili's location for that matter.

Just wanted to add that the manager Brendon goes above and beyond to fulfill customer needs personally! Haven’t seen a more hardworking customer oriented individual like him in years! Keep doing your thing, you made my first time Chili experience better than expected. Much respect! Chili’s keep this man around!

Service was great and prompt. We were greeted right away and I assume it wasn’t a very busy time because we were seated in less than 5 minutes. It was around 6pm on a Sunday. It was for my daughters 4th birthday dinner with her grand father. Our waiter checked on us frequently and drinks were refilled quite a few times. They also were nice enough to provide utensils and plates for my daughters birthday cake. I would recommend this location.

Amazing service from everyone as soon as we walked in the door. Spite how many big parties were here tonight our server William really made it a great night for my kids and I !! The other servers around our area were also all very helpful. Great team work was definitely shown here tonight. Food was perfect and the price is right! I will for sure be back.

I'm giving it a loved at this time because our server was great. My son is graduating from the kid menu to the adult menu. And he didn't like anything he ordered. Our server took it back and got him a replacement with no questions asked. She kept our drinks. And was friendly.
