Empire Asian Bistro

Food was good. Staff seems disconnected not unfriendly but not friendly either. Atmosphere is odd with the huge sectional sofa in the middle of the dining room.

We had read good things about Empire Asian Bistro so we decided to give it a try for lunch today. We were immediately greeted by our waiter upon arrival, quickly seated, and provided with drinks almost immediately. While they were not busy at lunch today they still executed everything from start to finish like Michael Schumacher’s Ferrari Formula One Team with delicious food and overly generous portions at KIA prices. Unheard of for many restaurants! I tried the Szechuan chicken with pork fried rice and an egg roll. My dining partner had the Lemon Chicken with the same sides. Both were some of the best Chinese food we have eaten in the valley including Mekong Palace restaurant’s that are very authentic. We will definitely be returning very soon to try some more great dishes! You’ll only be disappointed if you do not eat here!

Food was all pretty good. Large, large portions. Good service. Hot and Sour Soup is too hot!! Asked how they would rate it, mild, med., hot. They said not too hot, but, it was HOT!! Asked for 16 oz. soups and got 32 oz. Way too much soup for 2 people.

Excellent place, they have a very friendly staff, once you walk inside it almost feels like a furniture store, almost as if you are enjoying your meal right in the comfort of your own home. I love this place. Great atmosphere, reasonably affordable food, not to mention the food is amazing! 10/10

How I found this place. Is I ran in to one of the employees buying the vegetables at the farmers market. So I know there produce if fresh and local. They have best lemon chicken I have had in a while its breaded chicken breast not the nuggets like ever one else. The string been chicken was also really good the beens still had a little crunch to them. The egg drop soup was alright it could use just a little more egg and seasoning for my liking. I am looking forward to try some more items on the menu.
