Green Corner Restaurant

This is my favorite place, but today was especially awesome. I work a pretty physical job and green corner is who keeps me fed. I love this place, can’t rate it highly enough. Favorite restaurant in Phoenix reminds me of food my grandma or mom would make. Prices are good, foods fresh, and my interaction with their service (I usually just order dash) was awesome! Not fancy, but comfortable & clean. Outdoor patio seating option. I ordered the Hummus Deluxe with lamb, and it was superbly prepared. The best grilled lamb I've had in ages & deliciously flavored, warm hummus & fresh, warm, pita bread. Generous quantities, reasonable prices. Dine in or take out. Green Corner was recommended to us by the desk clerk at our hotel. Locals know the best places!

This place is fantastic. Their gyro meat is something special and absolutely delicious without any sauce (and of course good with). Their rice is super delicious and I usually switch my salad for fries (I know, not the healthiest) because the fries are absolutely phenomenal. I’d almost go just for the fries. Loved my experience there and they topped it off with complementary baklava. Great place. Worth a visit. As a heads up, the plates are quite sizeable so maybe share a plate with a friend or may I recommend the Gyro combo.

My wife and I love Mediterranean food. We have tried many places. Its been hard to find a casual place that was well priced, had reasonable hours, and great flavor. We found Green Corner by accident and we were blown away. The food was more then we expected portions wise and priced really well and had a good mix of flavor. You gotta try this place for casual Mediterranean. I can't imagine you will be disappointed. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great to have another halal restaurant. This one, however isn’t the run of the mill kebab place. It has delicious quality of food. Particularly offering lentil soup, which was top notch! I ordered the lamb Kafta sandwich it was moist with no need for condiments. My husband ordered the beef shawarma. Decent portion sizes. I was very impressed with this place. They offered baklava on the house and it had a great taste to it, not even too sweet. 4 stars because it’s affordable and certainly worth the money! Missed out on a star as the environment needs improving, a few flies around and tables should be cleaned more frequently. Having said that, I don’t mind - I’ll be coming here more often for sure ! Keep up the standard!
