Jack in the Box

Great burgers can't be beat. Jack is back baby. Yea!

Were shorthanded and was informing every customer about it. LOL food was so cold the cheese never melted. It's the closest place to my house but I won't go back.

Dirty today. Smashed hit sauce on floor in front of ordering counter. (I mentioned it 2 different times to 2 different people but it was still there when I left. ..only 3 other people in the store.). I stood for 5 minutes as a woman made what I think we're shakes,she never acknowledged me. When she came back from delivering shakes she then acknowledged me. Floors dirty,tables dirty and front counter,when I put hand on it was sticky. I did not see bathrooms. All in all this new Jack in the Box started out with great service and clean areas,people jumping to clean and even a guy ran to door to hold it for a person in a wheel chair BUT THAT WAS WHEN IT FIRST OPENED...NOT NOW. I AM HOPING THEY CLEAN UP THEIR ACT,BECAUSE THIS STORE IS JUST UP THE STREET FROM ME! I was excited when I saw it going in and the wait was long. Please,please clean up your act. I might add there was no lack of employees and customers were few and all seated. Employees seemed in slow motion.

Fantastic restaurant. My food has always been fresh and cooked perfectly. Staff is always helpful and makes sure you have everything you need.

Beautiful new Jack in the Box just opened. The crew is super friendly and the service was quick. I had an awesome lunch of a Buttery Jack, seasoned curly fries and of course I had to have a couple of the awesome tacos. The dining room looks so nice and has lots of places for me to charge my phone while eating lunch. I'll be back for sure!!!
