Delicious! My wife and I went back there again for the shrimp and lobster chowder. So good! Best chowder I've ever had so far. Again the sirloin steak was cooked perfectly as I wanted it, medium, as it melts in my mouth!
Food was fantastic but my only complaint was the waitress was very slow. Took 15 minutes to bring our bread than another 25 for our salads. We couldn't even finish our salads before our food got there. Other than that food was amazing.
Wow. I went here for the first time and was blown away. The waiters were incredible, the food, drinks, and checks came at a timely manner. I was very intrigued with the spices used on the NewYork Steak which was delicious. I recommend the steamed broccoli as well as the bbq ribs. They have steamy fries but needed some salt. I hope to come again, it is a bit pricey but well worth it!
What more needs to be said...
If you don't want to spend $100 per plate this is THE place to get great beef!
I did try their stuffed mushrooms. It was a little too "busy" for my taste but otherwise good. I normally get their deep fried onions. I'll stick to them next time.
I had their large prime rib ordered medium rare. It arrived just right and was sure a healthy portion. Had regular mushrooms on the side. Cooked to perfection.
Our server, Mary, was super friendly and attentive.
A great experience over all. Looking forward to returning.
This first time I came here was a few years back and a nice young waiter name Robbie served us. His service was impeccable. He explained each cut of steak, the different leveling of cooking as it pertains to Longhorn. We came back a few times to visit Robbie and we asked for him by name. Then he moved on with his career and life. Then the service went down hill from there. I have been back a few times since he left and each time I have been back the service has been subpar. The food is never cooked to perfection. And for the cost of the cost, I think it should be pretty close to amazing. Tonight I ordered a steak and said I am not sure what this restaurant wants to call it, but I want my steak pick in the middle. It was like leather, brown all the way through. I did not bother to complain, I did not want to want the 20 to 30 minutes it takes to correct a badly cooked steak. We were already eating late as it was. All in all, the service and food is ok. It should be amazing! And it can be, I have tasted and seen it. They need to improve the service level and the attention to detail in the kitchen.
