Great place for a quick bite to eat

I rarely do a review but I’m taking the time out of my day to write this because Jessica’s customer service was impeccable. My order was long and complicated mainly because I was talking to a group of people over the phone and not once did she seem frustrated. Also said “that wasnt complicated at all!” because I had warned her before I began. Not to mention it was in the middle of Thanksgiving chaos!!! Jessica with the braces you are amazing!!!!!

Nice staff, and never a long wait for fresh food

I went into this McDonald’s location and I recurved plus one customer service from the cashier name kaila ❤️ She was so sweet and showed her personality so though ringing me up! She made sure I got my buffalo sauce ???? without having to ask twice. McDonald’s is a fast food chain but she made it feel like a down the street burger shop ????????

We decided to go to this location to use the McDonald's app and get McCafe frappes and cones on Memorial Day weekend. We arrived about 9:15 pm after checking the hours and seeing it was open till 11 pm. To our surprise, there was NO icecream! The machine was all apart, we were told it "gets cleaned every other Sunday and then we can't sell ice cream. We aren't very busy being in a Walmart." Hum, the people in front of us just left, they seemingly had wanted i e cream as well.
We decided on buying the apple pies instead of cones. My husband inquired if there was any other flavor and Brooke told us there was a strawberry, cream cheese pie so we ordered one of each and two frappes. I have to say, the strawberry cream cheese pies are really delicious!! They made both our pies fresh, they were hot and so good.
We decided to also order two sausage breakfast sandwiches as well.
As we ate, there was plenty of business coming up to the counter. I felt really bad for Brooke having to tell people she didn't have ice cream to sell and on a holiday weekend! Honestly, I don't understand the thinking of management having the ice cream machine down during business hours. It's hot, it's a holiday weekend, yes it's Walmart and a lot of customers came and left empty handed due to that machine being empty.
Our food was hot, prepared fresh. Our frappes were perfect. I had to clean our table as it was dirty but I could tell the staff was very busy.
This location has no internet, no restrooms and no play area. It's not huge but of a fairly decent size. Brooke who was running the register and who made our frappes also brought our other food to our table. She was very professional and polite and knew what she was doing.
If this location had the ice cream machine running and internet, I would have given it 5 stars.
