Starbucks

I love all of the ladies that I work at this coffee shop! They are always ready for me when I come in bright and early and they always make my coffee perfect!

This Starbucks has some of the friendliest employees on the planet. Through the pandemic, those working the drive thru cashier to the person working the window, they simply are the best at customer service. There's allot of businesses that could learn from them as to what good customer service looks like. I know their training comes from the store manager so he/she needs to be commended on hiring these great employees who act like they really care about you as a customer. The quality of the products speak for themselves, but this location not only has that, but quality employees!

Ethan was a great employee! He offered to name his first born child after me! He was extremely personable and went above and beyond when I made the most complex order known to man. I have NEVER met an employee so hardworking.

Trust me when I say this best Starbucks in this area, but how come I have to scream my order have it repeated to me, then come up to the window to then be handed a completely different drink I didn’t order? And then it’s suddenly my fault.? I’m pretty sure the neighbors in mulberry heard me.
I am still kinda salty that for the last 2 months it feels, that you literally shut down the inside and that’s my safe haven and I feel like I’ve been robbed.
I don’t like drinking coffee I’m my car alone.
