“I have been in the customer service industry for 33 years and I have been so disappointed with the customer service I have experienced in the past few months at this restaurant. Even though the prices for their menu items are very inexpensive I would still appreciate a simple "Hello, with a smile that says we're very appreciative for your decision to make our store and we thank you for your choice of a family dinner. I am not sure when they got away from excellent customer service. But I would certainly be interested to see how long it takes to get the employees to appreciate the customer again.”
